Product Description:

SUGAVILD® – M is a fixed-dose combination of Vildagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor, and Metformin, a first-line insulin sensitizer. This dual-action formulation is designed for adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) who are inadequately controlled on monotherapy. It provides sustained blood glucose control by addressing both insulin resistance and incretin hormone regulation, with a low risk of hypoglycemia and no weight gain.

How it works:

• Metformin works by reducing hepatic glucose production and increasing peripheral insulin sensitivity.

How to use:

• Take one tablet twice daily, preferably with meals, or as prescribed by your physician

Safety Advice:

• May cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort initially (due to Metformin)
