ZEMDAP® – L is a fixed-dose combination of Linagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor, and Dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor, formulated to provide broad and complementary glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This once-daily oral therapy improves both fasting and postprandial glucose levels, while also supporting weight loss, blood pressure reduction, and offering cardiorenal protection — without increasing the risk of hypoglycemia.

How it works:

Dapagliflozin promotes urinary glucose excretion by inhibiting SGLT2 in the renal tubules, reducing plasma glucose levels and body weight.
